Surrey Brides Covid-19 procedures
At Surrey Brides we have taken all action possible to ensure the safety of our Brides, guests and members of staff. It is however the individuals responsibility to ensure their own safety and adhere to government guidelines where possible.
Staff
- We have all completed a coronavirus awareness course (certificates provided upon request)
- All staff have been provided with PPE
- Regular hand washing and sanitising is ensured
- We are continually referring to government guidelines to ensure as much social distancing and as many covid-19 precautionary measures are taken as possible
Customers & Visitors
- we have always and will continue to be by appointment only
- Every Bride will have exclusive use of the shop
- Brides can bring up to two guests at their own discretion but we ask they remain seated on our sofa and do not touch the dresses and accessories
- Lavatory facilities are currently closed
- Please avoid unnecessary touching of the gowns and accessories, your assistant will help you.
- Arrive ON TIME to your appointment to ensure social distancing
- Hand Sanitiser is provided upon entry and can be used as much as necessary by all visitors
- The shop including dresses will be cleaned and sprayed with disinfectant between each Bride

Our Designers
Our designers represent the traditional english bride and an international vibe. I am passionate about maintaining British craftsmanship in my business with designs from Caroline Castigliano, Freda Bennet and Ellis Bridals, as well as entrusting a long partnership with Enzoani and his bridal collective for over 20 years, with our destination wedding gowns also remaining very popular. You won't find stuffy, formal gowns; we carry ultra chic, sassy and glamorous gowns to an exceptional level.
